Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Estonia: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • International (outside EU): 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.


Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. This allows you to follow your shipment’s progress until delivery.


International Shipping
Polyvara ships worldwide. Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
